Page 4 - Projecting the Right Image

Some general interview questions you may be asked:
  • Where do you want to be 5 years from now?
  • What salary are you seeking?
  • What is your greatest weakness?
  • How do you handle stress?
  • How do you deal with difficult people?
Consider the interview to be a give and take. Ask questions about the company. Some good questions to ask:
  • Where do you see this company in 5 years time?.
  • Tell me a little about the history of the company
  • What growth caused the new position to become available?
  • Could you tell me about you're background and experience.
  • Are there any problems your trying to solve by hiring from outside the company.
  • What opportunities are available in the future for someone who performs well?
  • What key attributes are you seeking in the person who will fill this position?

Close with a positive statement, like "I appreciate the time you've spent with me today and based upon our interview would look forward to becoming a part of your team".
