Consider the interview to be a give and take. Ask questions about the company. Some good questions to ask:
Where do you see this company in 5 years time?.
Tell me a little about the history of the company
What growth caused the new position to become available?
Could you tell me about you're background and experience.
Are there any problems your trying to solve by hiring from outside the company.
What opportunities are available in the future for someone who performs well?
What key attributes are you seeking in the person who will fill this position?
Close with a positive statement, like "I appreciate the time you've spent with me today and based upon our interview would look forward to becoming a part of your team".
